    Hello, my Playstation account has been suspended for 60 days. Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?

      check your email inboxes, including junk and spam. If you find the email address you used to create the account, use the PlayStation Online Assistant at the bottom of this page to reset your password.

    PSN account was banned for no apparent reason. Support refuses to even explain why.
    I’ve been unable to sign in to PSN since last Friday, receiving a message that my account has been banned for violating the terms (WS-37368-7). I have no idea what could have caused this (I hardly ever play online), and when I contact support, they refuse to tell me why I’m banned and tell me to wait while they fix the problem. It’s been a week with no progress.

      Every PlayStation Network suspension is the result of a thorough investigation by PlayStation Safety staff. As a result, suspensions are final and cannot be reversed unless you were suspended for an account debt.

    How are you so sure playstation “expert”? They wont even send an email showing why or proving it after saying “we will”. Then they wont disclose the information to YOU about your own account with YOUR property on it. They are liars and thieves.

    What to do if your account is arbitrarily banned ؟
    Even though I don’t communicate with anyone in-game chat and the only messages I’ve sent recently have been about individuals throwing online games, my account was just suspended tonight for three days due to “malicious language” (not swearing in any of them). Can it be unbanned before the three days are over and what can I do to cure it?

      Every PlayStation Network suspension is the result of a careful investigation by the PlayStation Safety team. Suspensions are therefore irrevocable and cannot be challenged unless: You were suspended due to an account debt. Once the remaining sum is paid, this will be removed.
